Heidi's Journey to the Front Porch

During my successful and sometimes stressful career in sales, marketing and real estate I discovered the benefits of practicing yoga. It helped me relax, reduced my stress and enabled me to become more present and less reactive. A friend introduced me to Reiki and I found healing energy so inspiring that it altered my way of seeing the world. Through a series of emotional and physical challenges, I found that yoga was the one thing that calmed my my mind, body and spirit so I wanted more of it. I decided to go deeper by taking yoga teacher training. Right in the middle of my training we went through Covid-19 lockdown so I started practicing and teaching yoga on my front porch. Throughout the lockdown I continued to learn and deepen my practice in yoga, meditation, Reiki, Bioenergetic Healing, Reflexology and sound healing with tuning forks and singing bowls. I have reduced my pain and found passion and joy in helping others.  I invite you to experience relaxation, self healing and joy with me. If the weather is nice we can do it on the front porch, but I have a dedicated, comfortable space on the first floor. With love and light.
